STF Lugnåsberget Eco-Hotel is a small rural holiday accommodation and a calm place for those who want to unwind in harmony with nature. In the garden, you will find comfortable lawns, and in the pasture, sheep graze. At the eco-hotel, you can light a fire at one of the fire pits or in the sauna and enjoy the warmth and the glow of the flames.
Surrounding the entire mountain is an intriguing stone history waiting to be discovered. Move at your own pace, travel by bike along winding gravel roads, and hike in the majestic old-growth forest. At the top of the mountain, there is a rich agricultural landscape with plateau mountains on the horizon.
**Day 1:** Hike the Stonecutter Trail, a marked path of about 6 km through varied terrain. In the evening, head up to the church steps and enjoy some “church coffee” while watching the sunset.
**Day 2:** Cycle through the agricultural landscape down to the mystical forest lake Vristulven along winding gravel roads. Stroll along the shoreline with the lake on one side and the old-growth forest on the other.
You will stay comfortably in your own room with a private entrance, and WC/shower. After a day of tranquil adventures, relax in the warmth of the wood-fired sauna.
For your journey to STF Lugnåsberget Eco-Hotel, public transport is a convenient option. Buses and trains are available within 4 km. Additionally, there is local transport that can take you right up to the eco-hotel.
There are also three charging stations for electric cars at the eco-hotel.
